user not able to login

1 cheek if he entered wrong password
2 check the those user only not login or all other users also not login
3 maybe   rlogin = false
4 any one create the  /etc/nologin  configfile
5 user attribute        account_locked=true
6  maybe user         loginretries= value   reached
